This shampoo does okay at cleaning, not great. Of note, the graphic on the product posting says to let the shampoo sit on them for 3 minutes, but the bottle does

This shampoo does okay at cleaning, not great. Of note, the graphic on the product posting says to let the shampoo sit on them for 3 minutes, but the bottle does not. You definitely want to leave it on for the full 3 minutes. The smell is great. It took me a minute to recall where I remembered the scent from; it's identical to the old V05 Jojoba (human) shampoo.

There was no protection in the box of my order, to which one of my products opened in the shipping box and spilled out into the shipping box. No bubble wrap/ Peanuts

There was no protection in the box of my order, to which one of my products opened in the shipping box and spilled out into the shipping box. No bubble wrap/ Peanuts to protect product. One of my items smells sour like it's expired as well. Over all I'm unsatisfied.

Very Disappointed and Upset

After receiving the TropiClean Spa Renew Oatmeal Dog and cat Shampoo, I bathed my 4 dogs. With in the 2 hours of their baths my dogs eyes began to swell and close

After receiving the TropiClean Spa Renew Oatmeal Dog and cat Shampoo, I bathed my 4 dogs. With in the 2 hours of their baths my dogs eyes began to swell and close up. I immediately began to flush their eyes with water threw out the evening and cool wipes. I’ve own dogs for 50 yrs easy. I know how to bath a dog. I’m so cautious when washing their heads and faces. I threw this shampoo in the garbage. I was so upset this happened to my fur babies. Please take this product off the market. No other pet should experience this nightmare of pain and discomfort.

Awesome shampoo!

My dog (85lbs, golden retriever with sensitive skin) loves this shampoo and we do too. Smells amazing but not harsh on the dog and our skin. Lathers well and leaves
