Do you get the inhaler with it or this just the chamber for an inhaler?

This is only an aerosol chamber, the inhaler medication must be purchased separately.

can you put liguid dexamethanisone in it

Trudell Medical International AeroHippus Equine Aerosol Chamber is designed to work with metered dose inhaler medication such as fluticasone or Flovent MDI. Liquid medications require a different method of delivery, which could include a nebulizer device.

Works fairly well

The ease with which this works depends a lot on the horse's temperament. My horse did not find it spooky and was not bothered by the hissing sound of the inhaler

The ease with which this works depends a lot on the horse's temperament. My horse did not find it spooky and was not bothered by the hissing sound of the inhaler. However, he sometimes wiggles his nose so that breaks the connection and I have to begin again. It's helpful to have another person holding the horse as I found I needed one hand to hold the rubber cup against his nose and the other hand to puff the inhaler. The concept is good.

Fantastic, in theory

Great nebulizer!

Very easy to use. Horse tolerates well. Inhalers prescribed by vet are expensive, but I would say this is comparable to the discontinued Aservo inhaler.

This nebulizer works perfectly! Fits snug on the muzzle you just have get a script for the inhaler which can be costly depending on what your vet prescribed
