Very sturdy

This is a great leash. The wrist loop is very comfortable, and the traffic handle is great for cinching up the length of the leash. Our dog is very reactive to other dogs, and will chomp on his leash when he gets overexcited. He's chomped on this one several times with no damage done. The carabiner is also very strong and I know it won't come unclipped accidentally. (In fact, it's a little hard to clip on one-handed, but I am willing to deal with that!) I'm really happy with this leash!

Fantastic purchase... best leash ever.

This is a high-quality, well-constructed leash. It is sturdy (but not stiff), with a perfect overall weight. The carabiner is very nice, being more secure and easier to use than the typical leash hook. The main handle is nicely padded, and the secondary handle is perfectly placed for more direct control. Some reviews said the leash is not reflective, but I've found that to be quite untrue: the silver flecks light up when hit with bright lights (i.e., car headlights) in the dark. 5 stars all around... definitely the best dog leash I've owned.

Best thing!

My dog pulls and I used to have to wrap the leash around my hand to keep her closer to me and keep control which hurt my hand. This leash with the extra handle has saved my life and my hand. Thank you to whoever created this!

Great Leash

Love the look, the feel. The carabiner with the twist lock is a great feature.

sturdy and effective

Leash feels sturdy, clip feels very secure, traffic handle is a good distance up the leash and easy to grab, and the leash is very reflective at night. Everything I wanted it to be and more

Love this leash!

The "locking" carabiner clasp is very nice and I feel that my dog is extra secure in it. He is a tough walker and I like feeling that he is safer in this leash. I also love the second handle. I wasn't sure about it, but I love being able to quickly shorten his leash without wrapping the leash around my hand. Very convenient.

Perfect leash

I have an 18 month old male Rottweiler puppy that is stronger than any dog I have ever own before. This leash is exactly what I was looking for in order to have better control while walking him in the morning. I would recommend this leaves for anyone that is training a large breed dog.

Not Durable (5 Month Review)

I’m bummed about this leash because it had so much potential. I have a 70 lb dog who’s very strong. At first, it was great. But it’s starting to come apart after 5 months (bought 04/05/22). The leather wraps started to slide off soon after purchase; while annoying, it didn’t affect function and I could jam it back on. But it was sharp on the at the connections since the unfinished sections were exposed. But now both handles have started ripping at the connection and that DOES affect the function. I worry about one more yank causing it to split apart and my dog running off so I’ve now bought another leash. I will say that the clip was very secure and I never had a concern about that part at least.

strong and it really works!

Locking carabiner is the best! Easily on and off with one hand too. Smart dog figured out roll around enough that little catch on most lead latches will catch on ground or seat and suddenly, FREEDOM. Strong dog, this lead with dual handle gives super control. I also use a harness instead of just a collar.

Life Changing for a Pit Mix Mom

I have tried everything for my pitbull mix rescue since she began walking. I have spent over $250 on so-called "no pull" leashes, slip leashes, chain leashes, harnesses with double leads. I watched all the videos - read all the advice and reviews. Our little stinker isn't large or tall (more of an average beagle size), but she's strong, curious, and reactive. I needed some thing that would work for myself and my 11 year old daughter who is slim and small for her age. This is every solution in one product. The two handles are perfect for keeping us in control and confident which calms our pup down. To this plump middle-age lady who has taken a belly flop in a tangle of leash and dog in front of the neighborhood, the swivel on this leash is life changing. I didn’t fully understand the automatic lock on the clip until I saw it in person. It’s genius. I will be recommending this to everyone. Wish I found this 8 months ago!
