I have two cats and they don't have many tall vantage points in our home. They are not allowed to get on our dining tables or kitchen counters (I know they only go there at night; while we're sleeping). They also needed a new scratching post, so I had a little space in the hallway that this would fit. I was kind of skeptical about them using it. Within the 2nd day; they were both using it for a scratching post and within the week they would nap on top of it! I just wish it was a little cushier on top. They haven't verbally commented on this, but I know them pretty well.

These cat trees are okay. It was very difficult to attach the angled brackets (no room for your hands or tool to easily assemble) and they also needed to be adjusted
These cat trees are okay. It was very difficult to attach the angled brackets (no room for your hands or tool to easily assemble) and they also needed to be adjusted to fit correctly. The top of the scratcher ramp is only attached with staples and several were already pulled out. Fixable, but shouldn't have to fix something just purchased. Okay for what they are, but I doubt I'd buy them again.

Product was well packed, shipped and delivered timely. Biggest issue is that the top will spin or rotate when the cat jumps up, and will then tilt from the weight
Product was well packed, shipped and delivered timely. Biggest issue is that the top will spin or rotate when the cat jumps up, and will then tilt from the weight of an 11 pound adult cat. This product is wobbly and needs additional structural support to prevent it from failing. I wedged and screwed a wooden dowel into the base, providing additional support to the top bed, which now makes this cat tree an excellent place for my cat to sit and look out the window.

The only reason we are no returning it is my Mom has a tiny Siamese girl that might just be able to enjoy it...for as long as it lasts...

The bad news is, the brackets that hold the slanted scratching pad were not bent at the correct angle. I was able to use pliers to bend them enough to put it together. Also the final screws are not easy to insert. Could have been made better. And probably should be priced less. I’m sure it won’t be long before the felt is ripped up.

The slanted scratching post is oddly designed and I had to manually maneuver the bottom clips but it’s pretty sturdy at the bottom now. The top part is only held on by 2 straps of fabric stapled on. Both my older(11 year old) cat and younger(2 year old) cat love it though. It’s small enough to fit beside the wall and my beside table and short enough for my older cat to hop up. As long as my toddlers don’t climb on it it’s pretty sturdy.
