Uckele GUT
I have 2 horses & originally I bought this version for only one who was having diarrhea for a few weeks from the hay come to find out. Unfortunately getting her to eat it was a bit of a headache so I bought the pellet version for her, which she gobbles right up. Thankfully my other horse absolutely LOVES the powdered version, so it is getting eaten. They haven't been on it for very long yet but I can say the mare that was having diarrhea although yes it was the hay bale she isn't having fecal water come out after her poops now which is something she did frequently and she's had great poops since. Overall I like the product, it smells great, seems to help some and isn't terribly expensive. I think it depends on the individual horse for palatability just like everything else.
No good for diarrhea
I read it worked for diarrhea it certainly does not. My horses hated it wasted 55 dollars
awesome supplement for stomach problems
I have used this on two different horses with great results. I will be keeping this on hand for a while. the first gelding has been showing signs of ulcers(kicking when touched along stomach, biting, losing weight etc) for months nothing was helping him. I used this supplement 30g a day by itself and had no luck but works great when used along with another called U7 as directed(for ulcers). After the first month he is now finally back to his usual self and loves to be petted and groomed again. I will be trying the lesser dosage of both this month. My other is a 23 yr old rescue that’s had a hard time gaining weight, I started to notice he became very bloated, grunty, unhappy, very small poops. He was getting gas colic. I decided to add GUT to his diet 30g divided into two feedings. He’s very stubborn and picky but he had no issue eating this. A couple days in and he was back to his perky social self. He is now showing more energy and no longer looking like he’s about to pop. I will most likely keep them on this for a while.
Best product out there for ulcer-y TBs
I have a 14 year old off the track TB who I’ve owned for 5 years and have battled with ulcers since. He is a high stress horse who is also very sensitive, this product was recommended to me by a friend from my barn and has been a life saver! It keeps my boy at bay & keeps him comfortable and happy! I will recommend this product over any other in the line!
Nope Doesn't Work
The horse that this was used on still has a problem with Leaky Gut it isn't real bad but it is there.. Therefore I would not recommend this product
Helped loose manure
This product seems to be helpful for my donkeys water fecal syndrome.
If eaten might work
My horse wouldn't eat the feed it was in, so don't know if it works or not.
RUN DONT WALK
Ok I don’t usually leave reviews, but this stuff is an exception. This supplement has done wonders for my mare. She’s had some issues with her Gut and some loose pop. Especially when riding. And I’ve been giving this to her for about 3 weeks and her manure has not looked so healthy in so long. I am so pleased with this stuff. And the price is unmatched for the results
Completely stopped diarrhea
Completely stopped diarrhea. My horse coliced and had really bad diarrhea I think this product really helped him he’s doing so much better now.
Works great
My gelding always had some unformed manure in between normal ones. One week on Gut and his system straightened out to normal. So glad I tried this
