Ultra Cruz Garlic Flakes WORK!

I began using Ultra Cruz Garlic for my horses last summer (2024). It made a big difference in the amount of flies bothering my horse. No, it doesn't eliminate them

I began using Ultra Cruz Garlic for my horses last summer (2024). It made a big difference in the amount of flies bothering my horse. No, it doesn't eliminate them but there are far fewer than on the other horses at the boarding facility that do not use garlic. Most notably is that the flies barely land on my horses face or eyes. I've even stopped using a fly mask. I also think the garlic flakes did wonders for my horses coat - by the end of summer she had twice as many dapples as she has ever had and the shine was amazing! (I tried to upload a photo showing her amazing coat but the upload kept failing).

Not sure if will help with flies but starting early as it cant hurt. Horses dont mind when put in their daily grain. I suggest you start with smaller dose at first

Florida is the biting bug capital! My horse rubbed, scratched, and itched his way through summer to the point of making himself bleed. I started adding garlic to his feed for the past several years. If you dont see a difference, then add more till you start seeing results. The flakes dont irritate his nostrils and happily, he likes it, and eats it readily, mixed into his feed. I keep him on garlic all year round here in Florida.
