Do you need to rinse this? It says to allow it to soak in so to we just allow it to dry on?

For best results first wash with UltraCruz Equine Shampoo, thoroughly rinse, liberally apply UltraCruz Equine Conditioner at base of mane and tail and work product into hair for the entire length. Then rinse.
