Bad quality

The locks do not snap in/work properly so the top just sits on the bottom pan and gets knocked off frequently. The door doesnt stay on either and gets knocked off

Nice design, with large lower container to hold good amounts of litter. Easy to maintain. Not as robust plastic as on my older unit, but works well.

I bought one of their litter boxes 12-13 years ago. It was very sturdy, the clips locked and I could pick it up by the handle and move it around. So when that one

I bought one of their litter boxes 12-13 years ago. It was very sturdy, the clips locked and I could pick it up by the handle and move it around. So when that one finally played out, I replaced it with the “same” one. It’s not-it is flimsier and the clips don’t lock so you can’t even pick it up by the handle, even if you use lightweight litter. BUT, for the price, it is still a good deal. I never did use the door. We have a 3-legged cat and she couldn’t use it with the door attached. The cats use it just fine, not anymore of a mess than the old one, and I’ve adjusted, too.

Does not latch

The whole reason I bought this is so I could carry it by the handle to change the litter. The top would not latch to the bottom, so it spilled all over. terrible

The clasp doesn't keep the top on at all. I understand that it is low cost, so I wasn't expecting it to be the strongest thing ever, but it shouldn't just fall off

Not worth it

The clasps that hold the top to the bottom are not good. They don't completely click into place and therefore the top gets knocked off center nearly every time one

The clasps that hold the top to the bottom are not good. They don't completely click into place and therefore the top gets knocked off center nearly every time one of my cats use it. That usually causes a bit of chaos so I don't even have the top on it anymore which renders this no different than a regular litter box which I could've gotten a lot cheaper. 2 stars because it still functions as a litterbox.
