It's meant to be a treat and, if you're lucky, there will still be enough flavor, once your dog has chewed off all the crackly pieces, that your dog will pick it up and want to gnaw on it for a while. No, they don't last a long time but that's not what they are for. I have been buying Venison Joe bones for my dog for 8 years and he loves them just the same now as the first time. Thank you for being a consistently quality product.

I have a 95 lb Great Pyrenees and was looking for a dog bone that would keep him occupied for a few days but these were barely 5 inches long and only lasted 1 day
