Will it hurt my pigeons if they drink their bath water with this in it?

This is a product based on sodium chloride (which is a kind of salt). So it is not toxic, but based on the content of the product, pigeons are not going to like the taste of the bath water.
Can these bathsalts be used in a parrot's bathwater?
