I used Vetafarm D Nutrical twice a week for each of my birds. I just sprinkled it on their daily chop and they ate it right up. I really noticed a difference in my Lovebirds feathers, he’s a nervous guy who sometimes plucks, but his feathers are full and brightly colored after using this supplement for a month.

The only thing that would make this product better would be if it came with its own measuring device. Figuring out 5g isnt easy for me.

Although the birds receive a wide ranging diet that includes fresh fruits and vegetables, there are always concerns about whether the birds are receiving sufficient vitamins. It's a harsh environment for tropicals. The birds love this stuff. We sprinkle it on their food and they munch it down. The calcium in the supplement gives us confidence that when the birds enter their next egg laying cycle, they will be well-prepared. Good stuff.
