My dogs are so sick

I had no idea there was a recall! I just saw that Chewy emailed me. I had no idea why my dogs were throwing up and had diarrhea. I have cleaned my floors and their beds so many times. I put them on boiled chicken and rice a few times thinking they were just sick, but as soon as we went back to this food, they were sick again! I was starting to think someone was throwing food over our fence. I wish I had been notified sooner. Thank you Chewy for letting me know offering a discount to switch their food.

Ball dropped on this one chewy!

I have been feeding this food to my dog for the last three years. She has suddenly refused to eat her food and had dropped a lot of weight because of it. I figured maybe she’s just not as hungry in her golden years but come to find out there is a recall and this food is discontinued?? I’d really like to know why. I’m disappointed I have a 50lb bag of dog food that’s rather costly now and won’t be eaten. Chewy you should have sent out a notice to your customers about the recall and the discontinued food.

My last bag.

The last bag I order was recalled. For a few years ,I always got Victor. No problem. The last bag I notice my dog had loose stool. My friend who has a shepherd, also used Victor. Her dog passed away yesterday. She was so upset. So I threw out my bag of dog food. Had to find something she would like. Since she always ate VICTOR the yellow bag. Is there any thing that come close to that.

Had to stop using

I've given my 2 dogs Victor Multi Pro for over a year but this last time the dogs seemed to be picky over the food and sometimes not finishing it. I also noticed more powder type cumbs in the bag then ever before. Could of just been from rough handling but not sure. Both my dogs ended up with gastrointestinal issues and several vet visits to get them cleared up. Victor has changed their formula and this new formula does not agree with my pets stomachs. Super bummed because we use to love this brand.

Second bag with salmonella

Incredibly frustrated to have thrown an entire bag out, which was replaced with this one, only to also be impacted by salmonella. My pet and I are both suffering from infection. Reached out for resolution and haven’t heard anything for over 12 hours.

Salmonella recall

I had just found out that this item just like any victor kibble has a recall for salmonella, I still have 2 thirds of it and now I have to throw it away. I don’t even know if I’ll get a refund for it.

Second Time Around

This is our second time using Chewy to order dog food. Unfortunately, our previous dog passed away back in July. My wife was ready faster than I thought to get another dog. So we did, and now we're ordering food again.

POO-dles

I wanted this to be the food for my poodles so much!! I used to feed them victor but they’ve changed formulas a few times and this 2 bay bundle was either a bad batch or it’s just poor quality food altogether because now I have a whole pack of poodles with diarrhea that don’t want to eat their food. The beef one didn’t do the same it seems…

Both of my dogs are enjoying the taste. Good quality food, and relatively reasonable pricing. My older dog is eating the Healthy Weight Senior and she loves it also.

Love victor food

Great food took numerous kibble trial and error with my gsp under a year was not eating much til this food was bought for our newest pup. Dane mix. Was recommended by a friend who has feed this brand for years .. for her greT Danes. Now our God pip turned one yr. And only kibble he actually goes for and finishes.
