Package stolen - FedEx delivers poorly almost every time

My package was left in an insecure spot at my apartment complex and was seemingly taken by someone else within the 2 hours between delivery and when I went to pick it up. I wish chewy had a better delivery service because they always leave things in bad spots. This is the first thing that was likely stolen and it’s such a bummer. I had a discount and a gift card and now I can’t afford to buy a new pack of these supplements for my 15 year old dog who needs them until next month because the price will be double. I know it’s not really Chewy’s fault but I’m just super frustrated. I’ve opened a ticket with FedEx and have yet to hear back.

My vet recommended this as my dog was suffering from muscle atrophy from a long-term steroid prescription. He couldn't even jump on the bed anymore. By the end of the first container, he was jumping on the bed again. Second container down, and he's totally normal again. No legs shaking when he uses the bathroom, no unsteadiness or anxiety about jumping into the car--just normal, steady muscles.

Started my dog on it, saw stamina, playfulness and happiness come back after about 30 days. Studies were done in canines, mice and humans. Same genes that are affected are the same in all 3 species. Ursolyx targets 54 genes, so it's more effective. It is a 2 month supply in each jar, so it is cost effective too. Great for senior dogs, my friends dogs that are breeds that are known for back issues, dogs that had knee surgeries, dogs doing rehab. It truly is amazing to see the difference and makes me feel good to see my dog feeling good too.

Rehab Veterinarian Recommended This Product

I likely would have never purchased this supplement if my dog's rehab Veterinarian had not recommended it. I have been looking for well-powered, evidence based studies

I likely would have never purchased this supplement if my dog's rehab Veterinarian had not recommended it. I have been looking for well-powered, evidence based studies and data on Ursolic Acid (sage extract) for muscle function and muscle growth. Veterinary data and studies must not be readily available and quite secretive. I found some summaries of small studies that may have many confounders and are not well-powered. My personal opinion is basically, "Ehh..." Maybe, maybe not. I have no control group to compare the supplement, when using it for my dog. Maybe rehab alone and good diet are enough? Who knows. My dog loves the taste. It makes for the perfect reward after his evening exercises. They smell like breakfast and are the consistency of a caramel. Not sure I will spend $70 for another container. The proof is in the pudding. If my dog responds well, he has been in therapy and doing at home exercises for over a month, I may consider buying more. But, once again, there is no comparator or control group. Rather expensive price point for a "supplement." This product is not a medication. It is a supplement, and quite expensive.
