How much vitamins per biscuit

Where are these made? Are any ingredients from China?

Answer by ChewyJan 11, 2021
These treats are made in the USA. Vita Bone makes every effort to purchase US ingredients, but on occasion it is necessary to import ingredients. These ingredients must meet all FDA, USDA & State Regulations. In addition Vita Bone require that they meet the ingredient specifications that they have set for that material, and they require strict inspection and testing prior to receiving any imported ingredient. While there are some components in their Vitamin & Mineral premix that originate from other countries (Vitamin B6 and Folic acid are only available from China). These vitamins and minerals are thoroughly tested to ensure their safety.

I have fed my 65lb Aussie MilkBone brand large biscuits for a few years. I ran out of his MilkBones a few weeks back, and I didn't have enough needed "stuff" to make an order with Chewy. So I bought a box of the large VitaBones from the grocery store. My dog loves them, they are less expensive than MilkBones, and importantly they are lower in calories than MilkBones....good for my tends-to-put-on-weight Aussie.

Crushed treats

Probably not the best idea to place a box of treats in with two 15# bags of food. Delivery doesn't know not to turn the box so half of my dogs treats were smashed

Great way to get Vitamins in

The dog loves them, obviously, but instead of buying a bunch of joint supplements, we tried these and saw an immediate improvement in the dog.

Picky eater

My girl is picky about the bones she eats. We tried others and all she did was hide them. We found this brand and she immediately chomped it down and wanted more

Size matters

Thinner than Milk Bone so my little girl can watch her figure.

Beam didn’t love them

He would eat, but was looking around for his mother hubbard bone first.
