These tabs cover all the bases, providing my dog with a well rounded spectrum of vitamins and minerals that are essential for their overall health and longevity. I've noticed a significant improvement in my pet's energy levels, coat quality, and overall demeanor since incorporating Vita-Tabs into their diet.
Since introducing these to his diet, there's been a visible improvement in his energy levels and overall vitality. These have excellent levels of minerals, vitamins, plus glucosamine, and MSM.
Very disappointed in this product. I would actually rate lower than 1 star. My dog is not picky but she refuses to eat this product. To me it even smells funky. Cant even crush it to powder and hide it in her food. Sits beside her bowl and scrowls at me!
The tablet is too hard for my 16+ y/o beagle with bad teeth to chew. I gave it a 3 due to the fine ingredients in the product, but will not be repurchasing. Not sure if my dog is getting all of them due to the way the product crumbles when I try to carefully slice them in half to give him the proper dosage. I do crush them up with his food but they do not crush easily.
Our dog had been pretty sick and lost too much weight. We began making our own dog food as he couldn't keep anything else down. The vet suggested to put him on Sr. Vitamins for extra nutrients he might be missing from the the rice/chicken and green bean diet we were feeding. Thankfully he is doing better but we are sticking with the vitamins everyday because it did help with his coat and more energy. The nice thing is it only takes one tablet a day, as opposed to some that require two tablets for the size of the dog. He likes the liver flavor and we have no problem giving them to him, he chews them like a treat.
I feed one of my dogs homemade meals (despite regular teeth brushing and dental chews, her teeth always were bad due to her breeding so they had to be removed), so I need a vitamin supplement to make certain she gets enough vitamins and minerals to keep her healthy. This one seems to have what she needs and is easy to crush up and put into her food. It must also taste good because she's had no problem with it, nor has it disagreed with her somewhat sensitive stomach. Her vet is pleased with the way she looks and her condition, and I have no reason to believe that giving her this, which is a better vitamin, won't improve that!
I was very, very concerned when GNC discontinued their pet vitamins. Now that I have found these, they seem to be better and even more palatable to our pets. AND, they are about the same price I was paying at GNC when buying multiple bottles at a time. The label contents listed seem to be about the same as GNC. They break easily too so the dose can be spread across several meals during the day.
my girl was getting up stiff and limping started her on this and she is moving like a young dog
