I have a house rabbit that is going to be 10 years old this month. When I let him out of his pen in the evening, he runs straight to his treat bowl and I give him a few of these drops, along with a few other treats. He gobbles these up immediately and looks around for more! Highly recommend.
My New Holland Lop loves these treats. The usual treats in my auto ship were discontinued but these are just as well-liked.
Rabbits are not meant to eat dairy! Rabbits are 100% herbivores. Do not buy these for your rabbits. They get protein from their hay. They don't need dairy protein. I do not understand why Vitakraft makes such unsuitable food for pets and why Chewy carries it.
Jack goes crazy for these! He hears the bag crinkle and comes running for these.
Leo has eaten these treats for a few years now. He loves them! But calories are high, so you may want to give sparingly.
At first he left the drop for 24 hours before he would even try it. Now every time I walk into the room he starts jumping around for a treat. He LOVES them.
My rats like these a lot. They definitely arent healthy to give them every day, but break them up into pieces and give them bits here and there and they love it
These treats are literally so bad and deadly for rabbits or any other small animals really I don’t even know how these are still being sold, yes your pets love them but their high in auger ABD have dairy in them which they can’t digest. Please don’t buy these if you care about your pets. This brand and treat needs to be band!
These are a big hit for my bunny! he thinks they are very yummy and really enjoys these! pretty good size bag.
Shocked that a site with the reputation of Chewy even offers these for rabbits. Rabbits cannot and should not eat dairy or overly sugary treats. Rabbits have similar digestive systems to horses. They need to keep moving or they die. Too much sugar or compounds that are not fibrous enough can cause rabbits to go into GI stasis which can kill your rabbit and you wouldn't even know something was wrong.
