Lousy instructions and support
We haven't used this yet and surprised that one of the reviewers said easy to program. First, a 2 point font on paper with a lot of empty white space on the instructions
We haven't used this yet and surprised that one of the reviewers said easy to program. First, a 2 point font on paper with a lot of empty white space on the instructions is abusive to the user trying to read it. An assembly and setting up feeding schedule after the section on programming is also ridiculous. And that this manufacturer has not provided any videos on its programming and use on the internet tells me that the Chewy reviews might be bogus. No videos for a 4.5 star rated auto feeder with no video? We'll be back with more info after we figure out the non-instructed programming.
Doesn't dispense food reliably
This machine doesn't dispense food reliably. There have been several times in the last month and a half I have used it that the cats have acted like they didn't
This machine doesn't dispense food reliably. There have been several times in the last month and a half I have used it that the cats have acted like they didn't get fed--which cats will do to get extra. I ignored them and moved on. Come to find out, it is only dispensing the full amount sometimes. In the last week, my partner has been home right at 5 when it is programmed to go off, and it only spit out 4 pieces on one side and none on the other.

Really wanted this product to work but we ran into a couple of issues on first use. We set the feeder to give our cats a late night and early morning snack but the feeder did not dispense food equally on both sides, so one cat got the full portion while the other bowl was empty. For the next meal, it managed to dispense food for both bowls, but one side got more than the other. The portions dispensed weren’t even for both bowls. Also, one of our cats learned to stick his paw up the feeder to dig out the food. Unfortunately this one is a pass for us.

I was excited with how helpful this feeder has been for my furbabies. With several human and furry kids, life can get busy. Having one less thing to do on a busy and rushed morning, is always a plus. Set-up was super simple, and considering I am not a very thechnical person, I appreciate the straight forward programming. like that it gives you the option to run on batteries if you don’t want to use the cord (though I do wish the cord was a bit longer). Overall, it’s reliable, easy to clean, and does exactly what I need without a lot of pieces to mess with.

I also love how I can program it so that it has 4 timed meals and I could also pick the portion size too. Great buy for those with multiple cats.

Easy to setup and program. With this dual automatic pet feeder, I can set it up and forget about it until it’s time to refill the dry food again. This product is pretty convenient for owners of multiple pets. My fat cats make this feeder looks small but it’s a good size (being 4.5L for capacity).
2 bowl feeder
I really like this feeder over other 2 bowl feeders because the bowls are far apart. It helps to keep the cats from stealing each other's food and having issues
