I bought this because my cats were attracted to the water running from the bathroom faucet. This fountain mimics the very same flow they love at the sink. This fountain had a great price, easy to clean, performs as described, nearly silent, provides fresh water 24/7. The problem? My cats hate it. Nobody wants to use it. They only want the bathroom faucet. My cats are jerks. (Kidding, I love them dearly, but they owe me $25.99, lol) Maybe your cats will love this!

It would be helpful to pet owners if the filters lasted at least 2 weeks or longer. In one week’s time, the water spout’s begin to slime up and water flow decreases. It is very important to know that all parts need to be thoroughly cleaned each week- no more than 7 days.

I just recently ordered a cat water fountain but didn't think ahead about the filters... so just ordered these. I'm glad these come in a 12 pack so I don't have

I just recently ordered a cat water fountain but didn't think ahead about the filters... so just ordered these. I'm glad these come in a 12 pack so I don't have to worry about having the replacements handy. I like my pets to always have fresh water in multiple places so they can have a preference of the type of bowl/type of water they drink. (Fountain, glass bowl, metal bowl, etc.)

Just what I needed

I use the EOX stainless steel fountain and these filters fit perfectly. I'm glad I now have plenty in stock. These filters are key in keeping the fountain water

I use the EOX stainless steel fountain and these filters fit perfectly. I'm glad I now have plenty in stock. These filters are key in keeping the fountain water fresh. Sometimes I forget to clean out the fountain but these filters last a while, so I don't have to clean as often. Works great.

Bad order fulfillment and delivery problem

I only received 4 sponges for 12 filters which means an extra job weekly of cleaning out the sponges to reuse them, not a great plan. Federal Express was the delivery

I only received 4 sponges for 12 filters which means an extra job weekly of cleaning out the sponges to reuse them, not a great plan. Federal Express was the delivery contractor; they lost the package for several days. When they finally delivered it, they delivered it to my neighbor. Obvious to me and my neighbor they didn't even read the address...we both have very clear separate house addresses. The box they used was too tiny. Packaging should have been a big padded envelope to help prevent it from being damaged and lost. The tiny box was squished, damaged, and repackaged by Fed Express. Luckily, the filters inside were okay. I did order this with other things, but it came from California separately.
