Good For The Price! Best for XS Kitties

I wasn’t sure if my new cat would use a cat tree, so I started with this as a cheap “trial run” for her. I will say, it’s more sturdy than I expected! If you tighten

I wasn’t sure if my new cat would use a cat tree, so I started with this as a cheap “trial run” for her. I will say, it’s more sturdy than I expected! If you tighten the screws enough you should have no problem with the sturdiness, it really doesn’t budge. My one peeve with this is that my kitty has a really hard time getting from the very top to the mid level, there really isn’t anywhere for her to step onto. She’s a very small cat too (~6lbs), so I was surprised that she seems almost a little too big for the structure. For the price I am pleased with my purchase. In the future I will spend a little more for a design with larger platforms so she can maneuver around better.

Great, but lower cost for a reason

The cats love it. I wake up and find Rogue on it sometimes and Storm likes to scratch it. It was pretty easy to put together only took like 30 minutes. This is 100%

The cats love it. I wake up and find Rogue on it sometimes and Storm likes to scratch it. It was pretty easy to put together only took like 30 minutes. This is 100% on me but I didn’t actually measure, I just saw the measurements and was like okay it’s about 4 feet tall, which it is, but somehow it’s just a little bit smaller than I imagined, so take measurements for realistic expectations. The ONLY reason it’s 4 star is because it is still a little shaky on some of the platforms with Storm so I was worried at first that she’d be too big for it, but so far so good.

The smell

When I began putting two together, my husband and I noticed a strong smell of roach spray and it began to burn our eyes. When I contacted customer support they said

When I began putting two together, my husband and I noticed a strong smell of roach spray and it began to burn our eyes. When I contacted customer support they said I could return them. I had already put them together. Then the suggestion of airing them out then calling them back. Look I am concerned about the roaches!!! Were there roaches that needed to die during transport? So I will air them out but the lack of concern is terrible especially for a customer of many years with a weekly order. Thanks Chewy. the concern for my cats health is overwhelming

Too small and a part missing

I opened the box and knew it was subpar. This is for a kitten. My Bengal is only 8 lbs and it was too small for her. To top it off, I was donating to a pet shelter

I opened the box and knew it was subpar. This is for a kitten. My Bengal is only 8 lbs and it was too small for her. To top it off, I was donating to a pet shelter (customer service issued refund but didn’t need to return the item) and when I verified if the all the parts where there, they were not. Fortunately, we made it work by modifying the layout to accommodate the missing piece. Do not recommend unless for it’s for kittens only.

For the price, this cat tree is hard to beat! It did require some assembly, but it can be completed fairly easily with the tool provided. I am pretty sure that this product is infused with catnip, or at least manufactured in a facility that also processes catnip. When I pulled it out a she immediately jumped on it and started rolling on it. I didn’t even have it assembled and she had already started to use it. But like most things with cats, once she realized it was hers and that she was allowed to scratch on it she lost interest. I’m considering scolding her when she scratches it so she will start using it again.

So for the price and because i have more smaller cats than big ones, Frankenstein cant really get up and down it but its not that bad.

My cats literally love this cat tree but I’m a bit skeptical on how long it will last. I haven’t had it for long and it’s already ripping. I know cats LOVE to scratch

My cats literally love this cat tree but I’m a bit skeptical on how long it will last. I haven’t had it for long and it’s already ripping. I know cats LOVE to scratch at things but I wasn’t expecting it to be so fragile. I clean it almost daily to get the cat hair off but there are sections where the outer layer is starting to come off. My cats do love it but I’m just a little disappointed in the durability because I don’t want to have to buy a new one in a short amount of time.

That said, after assembly this tree is sturdy and all of my cats take turns inside. They really love it. It's a good value.

I caught a sale and paid about $40 for this large, fairly elaborate setup for my cat, Lauren, who was disappointed after I took her favorite shelf to school, leaving an empty spot where she used to jump back and forth to her old cat tree. This purpose-built kitty playground is much sturdier and safer for her to jump on, and she loves hiding out in the enclosed areas and ambushing our dogs. Great toy at a great price.
