Dimensions are inaccurate
Although this is a really nice quality house, the dimensions are definitely in accurate. It states on the website that it is 9 1/4 inches in diameter. In fact it is 10 1/2 inches in diameter. Perhaps that's not a big deal for you, but we have found that it will not fit in and out of the door of our cage. I have written to them and asked for a refund. If we receive that, I will increase the star rating.

Waste of money
I got this for my Guinea pigs, I only got 1 of the 2 houses delivered and the one I got came broke.
Piggys Love It
Our piggys love their new homes! They're a nice size, not too big in the cages. The design allows them to they stay cozy and warm inside.
Kitties love it!
My 2 babies love this, they took to it instantly. I love how much room each perch has as one of my kitties is quite large and she has room to spare. Was also pleasantly surprised that it came assembled. All I had to do was attached the top perch which took a whole minute! Great quality carpet too! Definitely a must buy!
Not for Guinea Pigs
First let me say that I'm very happy with the service I received from Chewy. The order was processed and delivered on time. The item is not big enough for Guinea Pigs despite being advertised for Guineas, it even has a picture of one on the sticker. Way to small. Perfect for a hamster, gerbil or mouse. I'll be returning it.
Arrived cracked & broken
Bought a bunch of hamster accessories for my grand-daughters new hamster. The igloo is really cute but it arrived crack and broken (see pic).
Rats' favorite hide
Please note this review is for the large size and was used for rats, not piggies. Based on previous reviews I wasn't too sure on how well the large was gonna work, but I decided to get it for my rats, and I was pleasantly surprised how much they loved it. It was waaaaaay bigger than they needed, and all 4 of them could lay in there at a time and they still had plenty of room. However, this meant they could drag bedding and toys in there and make themselves comfy. They even decided they wanted a back door (or rather, more lazier access to food) so they wedged it up over half of their food bowl. This hideout is one of their 2 favorites, so definitely a 5 stars from me.
Good for first time igloo
I like it, it’s not too big but it’s big enough for my Syrian hamsters to move around. It’s great
Nice but did not work
Quality made but large size not big enough for adult Guinea pigs. My boys were cramped in them. I do not recommend them for adults size Guinea pigs.
