Would this pan be large enough for English lop bunnies. They get about 10 lbs
Answer by ChewyJun 22, 2021
The Ware Scatterless Lock-N-Litter Small Animal Litter Pan is available in a regular and jumbo size. The jumbo size is recommended for English Lop Rabbits.

I have a small holland lop rabbit. Which is a better size? I don't want to go too small, but I also don't want to take up a ton of his space in his cage either! Thanks
Answer by ChewyDec 06, 2017
Based on the average weight of a Holland Lop, the Regular size would be the best fit. The dimension of the Regular size are 12.75 inches in length, 9.25 inches in width and 6 inches in height.

Do I get to choose which color I would prefer? Or does it vary and I get whatever they send me?
Answer by ChewySep 06, 2018
This litter pan will be shipped at random depending on the color availability in our warehouse facilities. The Regular size comes in purple, white, blue or green. The Jumbo size comes in blue or green.

My 5 mth old ferret likes to lift her litter box up. My current box had 2 plastic hooks that didn't hook onto my cage. I use rubber bands to keep it in place but she still pushes it up then has difficulty using it. Will this one solve my problem?
Answer by ChewyFeb 18, 2018
This litter pan will lock into place on the side of your cage therefore preventing spilling and messes.

Perfect for our needs

We read a bunch of Pinterest tutorials on litter box training our Guinea pigs and kind of combined what was learned. I filled the bottom with corn cob bedding, then put a layer of clean and cozy bedding over that. Then I top the wire part with hay. Apparently Guinea pigs like to eat hay while they pee. This is the only place my piggies pee and it is wonderful for cleaning and smells! Even when we have them out of the enclosure (like when they’re in the play pen), the litter box goes with them.

Perfect for rats

It took me several buys to find the right litter pan for my rats. My 2 boys love to back into pans and the others were just too small. The size I got was regular and it was perfect and easy to use. If u have adult rats I would suggest the jumbo size.

Awesome Bed for my bunny

My bunny refuses to use it for its intended purpose. Although durable and large enough to do it’s job I’m sure if used correctly. My bunny on the other hand prefers to use it for nap time unfortunately.

My bunny didn’t like it.

It’s a great idea but I litter box trained my bunny and she would rather jump in and out of a litter box and let her poops go everywhere. It did run rather small as well. Good quality but runs small, I did read measurements didn’t realize my bunny was so big.

For your gerbil

Do not recommend for anything over a hamster or rat size. Rabbit hates it. is now pooping and peeing all over cage. Said it was regular size I’d say more smaller than small. Wish I could get my money back.

Rabbit litter box

This litter box is very good a ordered the regular size for my 2 lop eared bunny and they both used it. The locks are okay but I wish that they were stronger. Over all this litter box is very good!

Maybe better for rabbits

Sturdy but may work better for rabbits. My guinea pigs do use it, when they feel like it, but still go wherever they feel like.

Litterpan for Netherland Dwarf

These litter pans work well for my rabbitry. Easy to clean and keep the rabbits free from a mess in their cages. The price is good for what you get. I could not find these locally, so I purchased them unseen. Try one you will love them,

Just right

Netherland Dwarf bunny fits in this perfectly. He likes to sit & sleep in this too, haha. The litter pan is perfectly sized for his small cage (36" x 24"ish)

not worth buying

I used this item for less than a week. My fur babies hated it. They refused to use it and would use their cage instead. Seemed like it hurt their feet and came unhooked from the cage as well.
