I was expecting a wax
I was looking for a WAX and this was like a cream. I want to protect paws from hot pavement. You can use it to soothe dry/cracked paws.
Great product
Works well on paw pads just before a walk. My dog has a deformed toe.
Works in Minnesota!
I put this on all eight paws when they go out. Their pads don't hold the ice chunks between the pads, makes walking more comfortable. The remainder works on MY paws too!
Wasn’t worth it
I bought for my dogs and they licked it all off the second I finished putting it on. And then they went around licking the floor because everywhere they stepped it just wiped off.
Fixed my lab's paw.
I noticed that while walking my chocolate lab started limping. I think the street must have been too hot on her paws. I ordered this wax along with booties and applied for a week. We are back walking on shorter walks and early in the morning when it's not too hot. I would definitely recommend!!

We love this Paw Defense Wax for our German Shephard. Living in Wisconsin we have some harsh cold winters and the salt that is put on the roads helps protect her pads. We'll continue to use in the summer when the pavement gets hot. It helps protect those precious pads. Although our dog hates us putting it on cause it must tickle her, it's done wonders to protect her pads.
