Does the lead rope detach from the halter?

So can this be used on pony’s too or can it only fit horses

Nice Quality Large Fit

I purchased this rope halter for my 14hh Mustang for trail riding under his bridle. It is very nice quality but unfortunately too large fit on him. This would be

I purchased this rope halter for my 14hh Mustang for trail riding under his bridle. It is very nice quality but unfortunately too large fit on him. This would be a great halter for horses that have a larger head. I will be donating it to a local Therapeutic Riding facility.

A definite must have. Very durable for every day use. Love the bits of silver that give it a hint of bling. Attached lead and color combo are a win! Must order
