Dog Food Boosters
I purchased these one day from a store because I was looking for something to top my 1 year old’s dogs food to make it exciting to him again, because he seemed to have got board of his food. I read the info on the envelope and it seemed pretty health but thought “well I’ll try a few envelopes and just hope my dog likes it”. The first time I added it to his food. When he finished eating his meal he looked at me as if to say, “can I please have some more”. He started licking his bowl to get every bit of flavor left. I gave him the chicken with broccoli and the salmon with sweet potatoe flavor, ( I hope I got those flavors correct). My dog is allergic to beef, lamb and pork, so those were the only flavors I could give him. I went back to the store to purchase more, twice. Searching in Chewy.com for something else, I saw they sold the Wellness food boosters on their website. Whoo Hoo! I think I found my solution for my dogs food boredom. Top your dogs foood with these food Boosters! I think your dog will look at you too, as to say to you , “can I have more”.

Oh man, my dogs absolutely LOVE this stuff. We have two small dogs, a terrier and a shih tzu/chihuahua mix. I'm able to give them each half a scoop of their kibble, then get one pouch of this and evenly distribute the juice and the 'shreds' into both bowls and mix it up for them to make sure they don't just pick out the 'good stuff'. The kibble absorbs a lot of the juice and makes it easier to eat for our terrier who is not only a very picky eater, but is a little older and has lost some teeth.
My dogs unable to eat
Although this may work for many dogs it made my 3 little dogs sick even after very slow introduction. Dogs with sensitive digestive systems may be unable to tolerate this. My dogs are picky eaters and had hoped this would entice them to eat more. They did seem to like it but is apparently too rich for them. It was a nice try. I will donate to my local shelter.

I use these to put on top of Rudi's food a twice a day. He loves them. I get 3 servings out of one package. Just a little to eat with his dry Wellness food.

My picky eater loves it
I will give it 4 stars because my dog does love this topper. However, as many others say, most of the packet is just watery juice. There's little vegetables to be seen. It's very stinky, almost smells like tuna, which is maybe why my dog likes it due to the strong scent. Without a topper, he often won't eat his breakfast until 3-4pm in the afternoon. This topper so far has him eating in the morning again. Hopefully he does not get tired of this quickly like he has with other brands.
Game changer
My 11 year old mini schnauzer had to go on a diet and hated her new food. After battling a few weeks I finally decided to order this and it's been a game changer. I split a pouch between her and my other dog, mix thoroughly with their food, and they chow down like they are getting one over on me!
Good but too little meat
I found this product to be more juice than chicken shreds. There's also very little broccoli to be found. However, my dog loves this stuff and I use the juice to make him ice cubes.
Simply Delicious
Rudy loves this. He is a chicken lover anyway and this really helps when he doesn't want to eat his kibble. High Paws to the shreds!
