Transitioned my cats from Purina Beyond salmon & sweet potato to Wellness minced. Tried a variety of flavors in smaller 3 oz cans and they were doing well until I tried the 5.5 oz cans of tuna and turkey & salmon. Those seemed like a different recipe with a darker color. One of my cats was fine on it but the other would vomit after eating. Expiration dates on all cans were fine and all cans said they were made in the US. Chewy contacted me about my 1 star review and I'm very happy with how they handled this. I've been feeding them just 3 oz cans of chicken flavor and salmon flavor for 10 days and everything is going well now. Not too much broth/gravy in the cans, it's mostly meat. My cats need to gain a little weight and Wellness is higher calorie than the Purina Beyond.

I have bought flaked skipjack with salmon for years and both cats love it. so its not about your inability to manufacture an appetizing cat food. However, there were often balls of dark tuna resembling eyeballs, and chunks of tuna which were dry and hard. both of those things were left untouched.

My cat used to love this food but not any more.

Wet food options should be offered in smaller quantities in order to afford different varieties. Cats bored easily and need to be served up different options.

Very disappointed in this latest batch of "minced" salmon. There is so much liquid in the can that it's more like soup. My cat vomited it up after eating. Now I drain the liquid, which leaves a little more than 1/2 of the "minced" portion of the food. I won't be buying it again. Wellness seems to have gone downhill recently. I will be looking for a different brand to feed my cats.

My cat actually eats it

Sometimes the GRAVIES type is too moist. The plain minced has just the right moistness for his liking.

Good Quality

This is a good quality food and both my cats love it. I like the minced texture because they eat the meat as well as just the gravy.

Wellness Complete Health Natural Minced Salmon Dinner

Some of my cats don't like this. They preferred the Wellness Salmon cubed dinner, but it appears it's not being made anymore.

I was happy with this food before. I usually buy this Wellness Minced Salmon flavor and Wellness Chicken dinner. In a matter of 13 days my cat has vomited 2x . I am not used to seeing him eat and throw up. Checked the expiration date and they are good for 1-2 more years. So that is not it. I know other reviewers have mentioned the food changing. Did this really happened? What is going on?
