My cat really likes this food, and honestly, so do I. The texture is unique — instead of those short, chunky shreds you usually see in wet food, this looks more like long, pulled-pork style strands. It mixes really nicely with the gravy, and it actually smells better than most cat food. Turkey is the first ingredient, and in the first eight ingredients you’ll find salmon, carrots, peas, and dried egg. I really love the ingredient list. My only complaints are about the portion size and the packaging. These cups are on the smaller side, and even though it’s a high-quality food, half a cup isn’t enough for my cats — I have to give them two at a time. With higher quality foods you usually don't need to feed as much but my cats clearly have their own expectations of quantity as well as quality. The reason for 4 vs 5 stars? The packaging… well, let’s just say it could use a redesign. The foil lid is hard to grab, the pull tab is too small to get a good grip, and the clamshell tends to slide around just enough that I almost always end up flicking a little cat food onto myself or the counter. If they extended the foil tab or gave the cup more stability, it would help a lot. But as far as the food itself? It’s great. My cats get that glazed look in their eyes when they eat this stuff. Clean their plates. These little cups would even make cute gifts and at the holidays stocking stuffers for the cat lovers (or cats!) on your holiday list.

Our cat Sunny (male) enjoyed each helping and finished it without hesitation. It was easy to serve. One half in morning and second half at noon. He really enjoyed the serving being wet and easy to eat.
