For adult dogs. Best at room temperature. Refrigerate unused portion. Always provide access to clean, fresh water. Adjust as needed.
When fed alone to adults: 2 pouches per 5 lbs of body weight per day.
When fed with dry: Reduce dry by 1/4 cup for every 1 pouch wet.
The best way to transition your pet onto a new food is to gradually introduce the food by mixing it with the old diet (starting by mixing 90% old with 10% new and increase new by 10% each day until the bowl is full of only Wellness). Mixing the food will allow your pet to acclimate to the new taste and not overindulge on the new food.
When food transition is not an option, there are a few ways to ensure a good transition:
Feed multiple, smaller volume meals. This will decrease the likelihood of over-consumption and provide for a more consistent, firm stool. Add clean warm water to the food to help soften it. Add a digestive aid such a boiled brown rice or sugar-free canned pumpkin.

The girls love it

My 2 little dogs really like the mini meals, both in the chunky style as well as the shredded. I mix it in with their dry food and they really enjoy it. It's easy to refrigerate what is left over. Also like the ability to buy a box full of these packets.

You know the food is yummy when your pets get so excited when it's feeding time. They run around the room and "dance" looking forward to their chow. Both my mini maltise and toy chihuahua get full with a pouch each and stay satisfied until snack time.

I love dry dog for my poochies but every now and then they turn their wet noses up at their bowls. I add this to the top and magic happens. They devour their dish!!

My little guy goes nuts for all of the Wellness Core Mini Meals - the chunky chicken in gravy is one of his favorites. They use super high-quality ingredients and there is plenty of gravy (his favorite) to make him lick the bowl clean. My guy is a super picky eater and as a dog mom, I want the best quality for him. These work for both of us. Highly recommended!

We have a GSD in our Pack who has a condition wherein he has to have several smaller meals compared to the basic 2 meals a day. We found these Wellness Mini Meals and they have saved the day for him. A great topper as well as a healthy stand alone meal. Wholesome and healthy that all our dogs love. Great stuff. Highly recommended.

If you have a picky little dog then he/she probably won't like this. My Pomchi won't eat it. I had bought the chicken and lamb shredded in gravy she ate it and I reordered again and this time she turned her nose up at it so I ordered 2 other cases different flavors and she turned her nose up at them too. Every day I put new stuff down and she walks away so I've given away more food than is practical for my pocket. I have dry food and have to offer it to her a few times a day. If she eats a dozen grains out of my hand I consider it a success. But I'm sick of spending so much on wet food to have to give it away.
