Our 5 month old kitten Wallace is on antibiotics every 12 hours. He’s supposed to have his meds with food and typically we give him dry food to graze on and he gets wet food for dinner. These were perfect as a little “breakfast” that he would eat immediately and we could give him AM meds with food in his stomach. These are easy to serve and he loves them! He prefers the shredded meats to a pate. This actually looks like real food, and not super over processed animal food. Wallace loves them and we’ve become a repeat customer.
As someone who has been fostering underage kittens for a local animal shelter, I am no stranger to finicky kittens. I always need to have a variety of wet food on hand, as I never know what will be a hit, as I transition them from bottle to wet food. This variety was a hit with my last foster. The mix of texture versus a plain pate was his preference.
My Bengal kitty is super picky. I’ve tried so many different types of food. She loves this. It looks kind of gross and gelatinous when you squeeze it out of the pouch. I take a fork and stir it up. My kitten will then devour it. For reference she eats mainly raw Darwin’s and Reveal food as a supplement, but I like to vary her diet and include more well-rounded food like this pouch.
My cats are typically not picky usually they will eat anything I got this as what I would thing is a healthier option but they don’t like it and leave the chicken chunks
Dealing with 2 sets of kittens, one inside one outside, inside kittens not too crazy about this but the outside kittens and mother love it, so they get it. The only real problem I have is that it is gel-like and not easy to get out of the package and you need a fork to break it up once it is out, not a time saver but as long as they eat it and it has good ingredients in it so I buy it.
My new kitten did not like this food at all. I even tried heating it up a bit. It has an odd texture
My foster kittens clamor for this when I bring it into the room. The food squeezes out nicely without much waste from it sticking to the inside the pouch.
My kitten loves this food and it looks like real food.
Looks like these are made with cheap stuff. Kittens avoid eating and throw up if they do eat any.
As I read the reviews it seems either they love this food or they hate it however my momma and 4 kittens absolutely love it
