Visibly this product looks like real pieces of whole food! The meat, veggies and egg are identifiable and palatable for my dog. She enjoyed them with her current food as a topping. I also offered her the pieces as treats, and she enjoyed them as offered. The ingredients are of good quality and proportioned as I would want to see in my dog's food. Beef, whole egg, pumpkin are the first three ingredients listed with the beef and egg cubes prominent in the combination as the protein in the packaging. The packaging arrived as a bagged item that sits upright on a shelf and is easily opened and closed. Since the product is fully cooked and freeze dried there is no worry about leaving it at room temp or needing refrigeration. I would like to try other flavors in the future as it was definitely a hit for my dog.

I was worried about the amount of this food in the bag when I decided to try it. I have two large dogs and the feeding amounts on this bag would mean the bag would have lasted 2, maybe 3 feedings. The recommended portion size is the reason for the 4 stars. I decided to try this and use it instead as a topper for their current food. This had my dogs getting more nutrients and benefits from their food. Even as a topper, they both ate the steak dinner bits first then went back for the kibble.

Good quality and my dogs really seem to like it. Its a pretty small bag but was big enough for my dogs to try. Not big enough for it to actually replace a meal for them - they are larger dogs. A single small dog may get a handful of decent sized meals from the bag. Ive been using it more as a treat for them which has worked out well. I thought the texture would be off putting to them. Id compare it to the way Styrofoam feels, but they dont seem to care at all. Good product overall.

My pooches love this food! This Weruva formula is a fully balanced dehydrated diet that is full of real food ingredients and high in protein. The small pieces are appropriate for any size dog and there is a satisfying crunch when they are chewed, though as the packaging states, the morsels can also be rehydrated with water prior to serving. In addition to the nutritious ingredient panel, all of my dogs really gobbled this up!

I brought it because my dogs like the wet food from weruva and after seeing so much free reviews I still want to give a chance and bought it. The food was very hard

Edible but not exciting. Small chunks, may be best for a smaller dog. I have a lab, and he eats mostly anything, so he may not be the best reviewer of a topper. Yes, he gobbled them up. However, he didn't seem any more excited about these than just plain kibble. Definitely not drool-producing :-)
