My dog has cracked two teeth chewing antlers. The vet wants him to have toys you can sink a thumbnail into. Does this toy fit that requirement?

This product is made of Zogoflex. Buoyant, pliable and designed to be recycled, Zogoflex creates virtually no waste during West Paw's manufacturing process. Zogoflex is non-toxic and FDA Compliant, and should be able to sink a nail into.

Is this heavy? Is it relatively safe for a game of fetch, or does it become a projectile weapon (thinking of kids/bystanders)?

The Mini measures 4.5 x 1.25 x 1.25 inches. The Small measures 6 x 1.75 x 1.75 inches. The Large measures 8.25 x 2 x 2 inches.

Great for my 'Power Chewer'

Good chew resistance with a design that is less prone to chunks coming off. The right size for my 40lb Lagotto to carry around on walks to keep him from 'hoovering'

Not so tough chew toy!

I don't recommend this for any aggressive chewers. Junior had it less than an hour and had large pieces chewed off.

Hardy!

I got two of these for my brother's two golden retrievers. They are SUPER chewers. I was gifted a smaller one for my mini schnauzer and loved that they are veterinarian

My little dogs loves!

I have a 10lb chiweenie and she is still a puppy and loves to chew up things. This chew toy is great because she won't destroy it, she won't chew it up and eat it
