Unclear on use. This was suggested by Chewy staff (knowledgeable! Great support). When it arrived it looks like an open cup, so you put the treats in it and the puppy knocked it over and they all spill out.

Please click on the attached photo to reference how to use the toy.

Can I use this for my 10 week old puppy? I’d like to freeze her meals in this to make it more challenging and fun for her to eat her food

No dog toy is indestructible. Choose only toys that are the appropriate shape and size for your dog and always supervise your dog’s use of this toy. If damage occurs, please discontinue use of the toy immediately.

This toy just tips over unless you buy both sizes?
Answer by ChewyDec 14, 2020
This toy will tip over by itself as well as when put together with the second piece. It traps treats with its inner ridges and tips over.

What are the dimensions for each size, and how much wet food fits in each? Trying to figure out which size is appropriate for my dog if I'm only getting one to feed wet food.
Answer by ChewyMay 25, 2021
The large Toppl it’s 4 inches tall and has a capacity of ¾ cup. The small Toppl is 3 inches tall and has a capacity of ¼ cup.

yes and no

I got this toy and the other size after hearing a friend talk about it, and while my puppy likes it, my older dog doesn’t, and I can’t imagine just using one piece. I found it frustrating having to buy the pieces separate. You also have to consider the size of the treats or food you’re putting inside. Our puppies food must be really small because it just falls out no matter what we do to twist it in, but the pupford treats work great.

Didn't last long for my big dog

After recently adopting an 85 lb lab pitbull mix, I bought a variety of toys to try to keep him entertained while he hangs out with me in our living room. One from this brand that was kind of torpedo shaped worked well and is still intact after a couple of uses. I bought this one with the larger size - I put a treat in the middle and fit the two together. Within 15 minutes, he pulled them apart, ate the treat, then started chewing on the rim of the toy which came off in little pieces. He did the same to the bigger one. I would not recommend these shapes for strong chewers.

A winner of a toy!

Don’t know what it is about this material, but my dog LOVES It. He’s a 11 month Lab and hasn’t been able to put a dent in it with his chewing, and coupled with the larger toy it makes for a great puzzle toy.

Entertainment for seniors

Entertainment for seniors, annabelle was 12 1/2 and her mind was still sharp her body S not, As I write this she has passed away however she really enjoyed having this frozen treat and it was great entertainment for her. When you have mobility issues but still want to keep busy this is perfect!

Snacking toy

My puppy loves this! I put several small treats inside and lay it on the floor. The bottom is rounded for easy movement. She has to work using her mouth to release the treats inside. It is easy to clean. Great toy!

Favorite for Freezing Food

I was on the fence between getting another of these and another classic KONG, but I'm so glad I went with this. It is NOT as durable as the black KONG so if you're going to leave a heavy chewer unsupervised with it, go for the KONG, but otherwise it serves the same purpose without the risk of the dog getting their tongue stuck. It also doesn't have the horrific plastic smell that seems to be getting worse and worse with KONGS for some reason.

Cute design, destroyed in minutes

Filled it with peanut butter, seemed great -- checked back a few minutes later and the dog had ripped pieces out. She loves her other WestPaw toys, no issues at all. Very disappointed. I do love the design and think it could be good for a light chewer.

Not for tough chewers

I have 2 labs, one is a puppy. This got chewed up within the day unfortunately.

Puppy loves the Zogoflex

Our new puppy absolutely loves this fantastic treat dispensing toy. It helps with keeping her brain sharp and is useful for redirection when chewing.

Great enrichment / slow feeder toy

We like to freeze our 5-month-old-lab’s kibble mush into the toppl and give him an enriching mealtime which keeps him occupied for at least 15 minutes and also cools his sore teething gums.
