What exactly does the Wisdom PREMIUM test provide that the Wisdom Essential test does not?

The difference in the testing is the mutations the test screens for. The Premium test screens for over 180 genetic health conditions while the Essential screens for 25.

The test can find close relatives, however there weren’t any that were even close to a match so that was a disappointment. Not the test’s fault of course!

I read the information and knew what I was ordering. However upon receipt I was surprised to see there was no option to print the entire report. Many years ago I

I read the information and knew what I was ordering. However upon receipt I was surprised to see there was no option to print the entire report. Many years ago I had my other dog's DNA done. I received in the mail a certificate with my dog's breeds. It was nice to be able to frame it. I understand we are in the digital age but I am older and would prefer to have something tangable to look through even if I have to print it myself. As far as the test itself it very comprehensive. Lots of great information.

Very pleased with results

We thought our boy was mostly American Staffordshire but he is more Pit Bull. We are able to see his relatives including a brother that did the test. Really cool

It also seems they have a closer birth date for them since they had him since he was a pup so we are adjusting his birthday because of this. Super easy to gather the sample and send it off, they received it in 4 days and I had the results back in 12 days following! The DNA results were fascinating and right in line with my dogs traits and personality; all the way down to the fact that he is always hungry- he has a genetic code marker that created the problem, he isn't just a grubber! I recommend this, especially if you have a dog with no history, I now feel like I know my rescue dog and understand him far better than I did before!
