Are these safe for puppies (12 weeks)?

The Pupsicle can be used for puppies. Since puppy teeth are both sharper and narrower than adult teeth, they are expertly qualified to shred and puncture. Make sure to supervise your puppy with the Pupsicle to encourage licking over chewing, and remove immediately if you noticed your dog is removing pieces of the Pupsicle.

My dog suffers from separation anxiety, so I always give her a pupsicle when I leave her in her crate. I've noticed that she is noticeable less anxious and barks less when I leave the pupsicle compared to other treat toys (e.g., kong, lick mats), and it keeps her engaged for quite a long time. I've had the small one for a while, but she's grown and I'm so glad I upgraded. The silicone molds are also awesome so I can put some of her fresh food in the pupsicle to extend feeding time.

Both our puppy and our dog love the enrichment. It’ll give a good 30 mins of peace. The issue that I have with them, if you do not open them right after they are done using them it will get stuck close and is impossible to open. You have to lube it up with oil just to ensure that you can get it open when they are done. Once it is sealed and too much time has elapsed, you might as well toss it because you it’s like it’s super glued. If you can stay on top of opening and lubing them rims they are a good enrichment toy.

I love the Pupsicle dog toy because my Cavalier loves it! The treats fit in perfectly and do not make a mess. My dog is happily occupied for about 1/2 hour. When she is finished, it is so easy to clean the treat ball because the bottom half of the ball screws off. I have only used the premade treats but look forward to using the mold to make my own.
