Are these made in the USA?

The yak and cow milk used in these chews are harvested in the Himalayan regions of Nepal, and then they are processed and cut into treats in Kathmandu.

Are these safe for puppies?

Yes the chews are safe for smaller teething dogs. However much like any hard chew or treat, we always encourage our customers to supervise their pets when giving any small bite size pieces, we also always encourage our customers to consult with their vet if they are concerned about dental health of their dogs, as no two dogs are the same.

Awesome bone

Our puppies couldn’t get to this bone fast enough. They’re constantly chewing on it. helping with those baby puppy teeth. Wished it lasted longer. Our older dog

Sadly, these chews left bits and pieces all over. I bought yak chews on another site and they did the same thing. Prior to that, I bought Yeti brand from a local dog bakery. They were perfect, never made a mess so I tried ordering Yeti chews from Chewy and am disappointed.

Not great.

Perfect chews

My dogs love these just enough to keep them busy after breakfast, but not so much that they chomp through them in a hurry. I get about a week of peaceful chewing

My dogs love these just enough to keep them busy after breakfast, but not so much that they chomp through them in a hurry. I get about a week of peaceful chewing out of each stick, and then decide whether to microwave the remainders or throw them out. Also, these Yetis are reasonably priced!

Poor quality control

I was surprised when my dog didn't go immediately for this treat as she has with other brands. She did show interest in it but unfortunately within two days of opening

I was surprised when my dog didn't go immediately for this treat as she has with other brands. She did show interest in it but unfortunately within two days of opening this package the chew showed numerous cracks resulting in angular shards when dropped.

My dog has a pretty sensitive stomach for chew bones. We have tried many different things. These are great, she loves them and they don't upset her stomach. The bonus for me is they dont smell bad, really no smell at all. She is a pretty strong chewer so they don't last as long as I would like. It's a fine line between chews being to hard and not lasting. I think these hit a pretty good balance.

Way Too brittle

This particular brand of yeti chew is too brittle. My 11.5 y/o Boxer literally snapped off pieces like it was hard candy - I did have it in a holder, thank goodness

This particular brand of yeti chew is too brittle. My 11.5 y/o Boxer literally snapped off pieces like it was hard candy - I did have it in a holder, thank goodness and nuked the last piece which puffed up nicely. ) I will not buy this brand again. I like the brand that is actually dense, hard cheese that can be gnawed and is not brittle.
