My dog has an autoimmune disease that causes wounds on both of her front legs. I bought two types of blocking pillows. Although I didn't give this a high rating, it is the one she is using today. The reason for the lower rating is craftmanship and expected life of the product. There is no stitching around the hole that the air nozzle sticks out of. Thus, that is shredding over time. The next issue is the Velcro. It's not the strongest so the strap doesn't line up as well anymore. My little nugget has learned to put her paw into the donut, apply pressure and the Velcro strap is detached. I don't use a collar because I don't want her having this pillow dangling. After about 6 months the zipper no longer stays closed. For these reasons I give it the lower rating. The other blocker I tried is worse so that is why I still use it today...while it last.
