At this time the manufacturer does not offer a replacement bladder for this recovery collar.
What are the neck sizes for the different sizes

The X-Small size collar fits neck sizes Less than 6 inches, the Small size fits neck sizes 6-10 inches, the Medium size fits neck sizes 10-13 inches, the Large size fits neck sizes 13-18 inches, the X-Large size fits neck sizes 18-22 inches, and the XX-Large size fits neck sizes greater than 22 inches.
Are they able to reach their front paws with this on? My dog has a wound on the top of his front paw, he will bend a regular cone to get to it.

The recovery should prevent your pet from reaching their paw, however it'd depend on the length and how flexible they are.
Will I be able to hook his leash on his collar with this on?

It may be uncomfortable to use a leash with this product. We recommend walking your pet with a harness while using this ZenCollar.
