Zesty Paws NAD+ My sr dog LOVES this
Supplement for healthy dog aging? Im in! I had not heard of this type of NAD supplement. I did read the box and was pretty skeptical about my dog even liking this delivery method, a pill and a wrap. Well I can tell you my senior dog Thor age 12 absolutely LOVES this "treat". I can't even believe the wrap, it's pretty genius. Its tasty says Thor, not sticky AT ALL, really I use my fingers to wrap the small pill, very easy! And the wrap paste is probiotic, a great help for dogs tummies. He devours one in the am and one in the pm. for his weight. Thor is not a very picky boy but pills are something he will spit out, not once with these. I think its too soon to notice any healthy aging effects after only 10 days, but I will say Thor is pretty healthy. He has some age related joint soreness and I think some hearing decline. But he has not had any tummy probs with this at all! Sometimes he does with any new items I try. I was hoping this would help that so perhaps it has. I would absolutely buy this for him in the future, knowing he will take it with ease and that its really good for him and can help him. I want my bff to age well right along with me. The "wrap" alone is a huge game changer for ease of delivery; pinch, wrap, chomp and gone! Yum! This Zesty Paws is easy peasy to give, well tolerated and beneficial for healthy aging pups!
Zesty Paws Healthy Aging is easy to use.
The Zesty Paws Healthy Aging NAD+ Precursor is easy to use. The box is clearly marked with What's Inside: The NAD+ Precursor Capsules and the Pill Wrap Probiotic Paste. How to Use is stated in easy to read steps and pictures. This product is for dogs only. The weight for the dog and daily amount of the product is clear and in bold. I liked how simple it is to use this product. The Pill Wrap Probiotic Paste was measured to completely cover the pills but my senior dog is 100 pounds and she takes 3 pills at once. The paste did not last through the 20 day supply. That is a downfall. I will have to use cheese or peanut butter to continue to give her the NAD+ Precursor Capsules. My dog took this product easily and she really seemed to like it. She hasn't been on it long enough to make any decisions on whether or not it is helping with Cellular Energy and Function, Brain and Heart Health or Skeletal Muscle Support but that is the claim from the manufacturer. The amount of Probiotic Paste needs to be increased to take the larger dogs into consideration but overall, it is a good product.
Great pill wraps for stubborn dogs
Our dog has had multiple occasions over the years where she has needed to take medicine in pill form. We've had struggles getting her to take the medication and have tried putting her pills in peanut butter, rolled in some bread, or mixed with some dog treats - each time she'd eat the food and spit out the pill. I wish I had know about Zesty Paws earlier, because the pill wrap that's included with this Healthy Aging product works extremely well with getting her to take these pills. We've been giving her this product for a week or two now, and have never had an issue with her spitting out the pills, which for our dog is pretty amazing. She loves the flavor.
Zesty Paws Healthy Aging Probiotics
The Zesty Paws Healthy Aging probiotics is working great for my 14 yr old German Shepherd. My vet suggested a daily probiotic for her senior needs like keeping her regular and providing her with extra nutrients that dog food doesn't provide. She gets 2 Zesty Paws capsules each day. I just cover them in the pill wrap provided and she eats them as if I was giving her a treat. They are working great.

When I received this I was excited to try it out with my dog because as other pet parents know you want to do everything in your power to better your dogs life so ive been looking into pills to help my little boy because he's getting older he's 9 years old. When I got my dog Oti we got him at the animal shelter and we noticed that his left arm is bent in a way that hurts him when he's been running or jumping from couch to couch, when we noticed it I brought it up to his vet when he was a puppy and they said that nothing was wrong because it wasn't hurting him then so when he got older its now hurting every once in a while so this pill helps with skeletal muscle health so I thought why not try it, because when your dog or animal in general are suffering you want to take the pain away so this product is amazing and I recommend this to all animal parents.
This is a totally new and amazing product!
I love this product and that the package has the pill wrap in there for the capsules making it like a treat for my dog. I have a 13 year old Collie mix who has been slowing down lately and getting picker about eating his pills and food. Ever since I tried this I found that he is a bit more spry and energetic as well as doesn't fight me about taking his pills (which I sneak into the pill wrap his rx too). I would never have thought that something like this (a product to help my dog at a cellular level) would exist for pets and am so glad it does. Highly recommend for every pet parent!
Cheese treats
This supplement is made in the USA for dogs of all breeds and life stages. These supplements help with muscle cells and bodily repair so I knew they would be a great way to enhance my little girls life. She is a 9 year old puggle with severe back issues that are intermittent! We just started these supplements and I will report back in a few months about her progress! I give it five stars based on ingredients, functions, taste, and made in the USA! These capsules provide cellular, metabolic, heart, brain and overall skeletal health support for Senior, Adult, and puppies over 12 weeks old! Active Ingredients: Niagen Gut Health Blend - Bacillus subtilis - Bacillus coagulans The main inactive ingredient is cheese, which my dog is a huge fan of!
Gives us all peace of mind
These supplements are a new staple for us. Our German shepherd and golden retriever will bark at the cabinet if we forgot to give them their Zesty Paws supplements! They have no problem with taking these with the Zesty Paws pill wrap at all and obviously love the flavor. It makes us feel at ease that we are able to give them the best foundation for a long, healthy life. We also give them the Zesty Paws 8 in 1 multivitamin bites. With two big dogs, I want to make sure I take every chance I can to ensure we do everything we can for them. We love it, they love it, we’re lifetime customers. It’s a wrap!
I received this product for free in return for writing a review. Zesty paws has done it again! A product I am confident using for my dogs and not worried about ingredients! My dogs enjoyed the healthy aging NAD+ precursor cellar health supplements + probiotic paste. The paste was a huge hit. One of my dogs was prescribed an antibiotic and trying to get her to take it, well, I’m sure everyone can imagine that struggle. I even tried peanut butter, wrapping it in cheese and rolling it in lunch meat. Turns out my dog doesn’t like peanut butter. She ate the cheese no lunch meat and managed to spit out the pill. I wrapped it in paste. Waited a few minutes and she ate it like a dog treat! Anyway, the supplements and paste, I am happy to say that Bijou has some newfound pep in her step! I am also happy I found more to buy at the store. I do anticipate buying more! I recommend this to everyone. Our pets need quality nutrients.
Helps Recovery!
My dog is still young, 3 years old. She is currently recovering from two TPLO surgeries and the last one was bad because developed necrosis at her incision. Tissue was removed down to her bone and implant! Healing took ages and recovery was stalled! I was willing to give the NAD+ a try hoping it will stimulate cell recovery and help with my dog building up muscles again in her back legs. After week one, we did notice a pep in her step! At this point in recovery she is allowed to play and run, go for walks again, but she seemed hesitant, the scar tissue from her necrosis still tight. I can't say what this little pill does exactly, but my dog is more energetic, playful, moves better and all over recovery is going faster
