Why should I choose these instead of the regular 5-in-1 multivitamin?

The only difference between this supplement and the regular 5-in-1 multivitamin supplement is the organic hemp seed oil and hemp seed powder in the Organic Hemp version, along with ceylon cinnamon. The hemp seed oil/powder is going to be adding extra plant based omega fatty acids, as well as healthy hemp protein, and help with the digestive system, along with the cinnamon.
Does this also help with anxiety? I want to give my Frenchie a vitamin but also something for anxiety

This product does not help with anxiety, it works to soothe dogs with gas, bloating, or other stomach problems. Consider the Zesty Paws Stress & Anxiety Calming Bites with Suntheanine & Hemp Peanut Butter Flavor Soft Chews Dog Supplement instead.
I don't see any omegas in this, is it safe to give this in addition to an omega suppliment, like krill or fish oil?

Do these vitamins contain iron? Looking for something to help with my dog wanting to eat dirt.
