Learn More About Zignature From Our Team of Experts
To create these nourishing dishes, Zignature gathered the best possible ingredients from trusted sources around the world. Trout, salmon and whitefish all come from the Pacific waters of the Northwest; turkey is raised in the Midwest; duck comes from farms in Western France; kangaroo is brought over from Australia; and venison and lamb are delivered from New Zealand farmlands. Healthy fruits and veggies are harvested from several North American farms based on the season.
Add 2 extra tablespoon to a 1/4 cup. The extra tablespoons don't need to be exact, as the feeding recommendations are guidelines and can be adjusted according to your pet's weight and activity level.
I would like to switch flavors with my pup every once in a while (from turkey, to kangaroo, to duck etc) do you know if you can just switch flavors or do you have to do the gradual thing?

A gradual transition to Zignature for up to 2 weeks is recommended.
The "feeding instructions" section here on chewy.com mirrors what's on the bag except that the bag says "Serving size" instead of "Daily feeding". Is a 100lb dog really going to be ok on only 3 cups per day? Or perhaps the "serving size" on the bag assumes multiple "servings" per day?

The Feeding instructions are guidelines to give you an idea of how much to feed your dog but depending how active they are you can give more or less.
Is the meat Antibiotic free?
Answer by • Dec 07, 2017
Zignature only uses natural ingredients, so the meat will be antibiotic and hormone free for all formulas.
It’s really hard to find limited ingredients that don’t have potatoes. I figured out through trial and error that my dog was allergic to sweet potatoes and on top of having a very sensitive stomach that many vet visits did not help, I searched for limited ingredient dog foods and this was one of the only ones without potatoes. He’s been on this food for about 3years. I plan on trying the same one but with grains now. I’m hopeful as no other brand has helped his tummy like zignature.

Fresh
I have been buying the smaller bag at the retail stores and thought it is fresher this way since my dog is only 5 lb eating less. This is the first time I order the 12.5 lb bag. Pleasantly surprised how fresh it is which I didn’t know it supposed to be this way.

My Dog LUVS this food but the packaging could be better.
Finally found a Limited Ingredient dry dog food that my dog actually likes to eat. She has strong environmental allergies; but not quite sure she has food intolerances. Working on one thing at a time here with her Vet. If there's one negative about buying this food, it's the packaging. The 25 lb bag costs over $80 plus tax and the bag is NOT re-sealable. Why? I prefer to keep the food in the bag because if you empty it into a container then air gets to it, plastic, etc.

Great Experience
Our dog loves this food. The ingredients are very healthy for our dog and he needs to stay with this food due to his allergies. Chewy made it easy and affordable to acquire.

Great Dogfood
I like this particular dog food because they add the nutrients after they dry it. My picky dog likes it 'okay'.

Excellent Quality Feed with an Excellent Safety Record...
...and the pups love it. Only drawback is the price, but worth the extra dollars IMO.

So far, so good!
My 2 female Yorkies seem to like it so time will tell. I very seldom give 5 stars on anything.
