Bought this item for my Geico's to play on, they won't go near it much less climb it, and feet cant grab to netting the way people think! Can I get a refund???

It's actually pretty cool if you connect it to other items within the habitat and get creative. Plus you can't beat it for that price either.

This product does not stay on everytime my baby spike my bearded dragon goes on it it fall all the down or comes off of the suction cup I feel horribly that he was excited to try it and was let down never again

It's really just a very tiny hammock turned sideways. Not impressed.
