Is this food now pea free? I have cetrine bladder stone forming ferrets so food must be pea free and I know ZuPreem used to have peas.

What is the percentage of animal protein vs plant protein in the '40% protein'?

SO much better than Marshall food

The pellets are small and rounded, which my boys highly favor, because no painful crumbs, the food doesn't smell as bad, my boys are less musky, and even tho they I'll eat Marshall food, they FAR preferred this food and got a little spoiled by it. They also seemed more active and apt to play. For 4 and 3 yr old ferrets, they're almost kit-spry again. Will order this at every opportunity for my boys.

great simple food

i’ve been using this brand for ferret food for about 7 years, i had to start buying on Chewie since it always runs out in stores. when i has two other ferrets they always loved this stuff. i notice that they always have nice coats, whenever i take them to the vet the one thing the doctor points out is their coat. one time they were out of the grain so i had to get the regular, i think it messes with their stomach because the ferret i have now, Rosie. sadly bandit and snow passed. she gets some bad diarrhea whenever she switched. but the grain free is what she likes better, she wil actually hide the food pellets sometimes so she can snack on them while she is out and running around. i recommend this food product for ferrets. i’ve tried others in the past but Rosie as well as Bandit and Snow did not like other foods. i’d also like to mention that it isn’t an arm and a leg to purchase this food. cost efficient :)

Ferret Loves it!

This food gets eaten fast and the effects on the ferret are pretty positive: more energy, healthier poos, and a shinier/softer coat.

Zupreem ferret food

This last bag was no good. Ferrets didn’t like it. This foods been on back order/ out of stock. Not sure if their changing the formula or they’ve had to toss some bad batches. Either way I probably won’t be buying this again. Big waste of money if they won’t eat it and this food isn’t cheap.

This is the perfect food!

I can not recommend this stuff enough. We bought three ferrets and bought Marshall's brand food. They wouldn't touch it. So we wanted to put them on something healthier so we tried wysong. This resulted in horrible weight and hair loss and diarrhea. We tried Kaytee in hopes that garbage food would encourage them to eat. It did not. I had lost all hope but gave this a shot. They are finally gaining weight and acting normal again. So, like other reviews. If you have picky ferrets. Give this a shot!
