Great product bad shipping

First my order got lost and I was fine since there was 2 hurricanes that interrupted delivery. The rep found out that FedEx lost my box of not only the shampoo but

First my order got lost and I was fine since there was 2 hurricanes that interrupted delivery. The rep found out that FedEx lost my box of not only the shampoo but rest of shipment. They resent it and got it in 2 days. My complaint with shipping was the 2nd shipment is that my gallon was leaking all in the plastic and did leak out some on the rest of my shipment. The shampoo is expensive as it is to be losing some of it cause of packing. Oh and I was told I was going to have a partial refund. I did say that wasn’t the reason I called but rep insisted but guess what it wasn’t there when I went to order some food for a friend that does rescue. The product on the other hand I have used for years and works wonderful. I’m a dog groomer of over 20 yrs and would totally recommend the product. Wish companies would learn how to pack liquids. Both places I order zymox from NEVER seem to know how to pack it. Recommend product but shipping needs to learn how to pack liquids

Smells Great!!!

This shampoo was recommended on several sites for my Shar-pei, who has skin problems and is losing quite a bit of fur They said to wash him with Zymox 2X a week

This shampoo was recommended on several sites for my Shar-pei, who has skin problems and is losing quite a bit of fur They said to wash him with Zymox 2X a week and leave it on for 10 minutes. It's too soon to tell if it is working yet, but I really like the smell, which is a good thing because I normally don't like things that are scented.
