It stinks but it works
I’m sensitive to chemical fragrance. I don’t understand why they would add chemical fragrance to a product made for skin allergies. Having said that, my dog scratches herself raw every Summe and this is the only shampoo that works! She is so much more comfortable. I use this shampoo and matching conditioner with the hydrocortisone spray once in between baths. It’s made a world of difference!

Our vet recommended this for our dog that has a skin infection it has helped and keeps there coats soft and shiny. Has been good for our dogs
Wonderful product
I've used this rinse for years, and love it. I use it after shampooing with Zymox enzymatic shampoo, which I also love. It has a good smell, and my dog has the silkiest coat. It also helps when/if she has a dry or itchy spot that needs relief.
absolutely love it
Use this on my three dogs with the shampoo and it has helped them. Not completely (not yet at least) but it has made a big difference. It makes them so soft, shiny and it smells really good but not an overpowering scent. Recommend trying this and the shampoo.
Great Shampoo
Zymox shampoo and conditioner was recommended by my Vet. It is not irritating to the skin and leaves the coat soft and shiny. Some weeks, I have had to wash my dog multiple times because he rolls in discussing stuff. I feel comfortable using Zymox frequently. Be sure to also get the leave in conditioner. It really leaves a smooth, shiny coat.
THE BEST Conditioner
I did a lot of research when looking for a good leave on conditioner. My puppy (7 months) had a lot of flaking and itchy-ness due to dry skin. I use this conditioner ever 2/3 weeks sometimes once a month and her skin is so much better!! Her fur is always so shiny and soft, I would recommend it to all my friends!

Best treatment for sensitive skin
My Henri, a 12 year old rescue, has every allergy known to the animal kingdom. Bless him he has suffered for years. After many, many different types of failing treatments we had just about given up. Then I found Zymox. It has truly been a miracle. I bathe him once a week and only lightly rinse the conditioner. If I notice him doing any scratching I apply a little bit to the area and the itch is relieved. But it. It is a gift to your fur babies.
Worked in relieving my cats dander, but the smell
I have a cat that has a dandruff problem that keeps coming and going. I purchased the Zymox Shampoo and Leave-on Condition together and used them; following the products directions on the label. The results... It worked! Other shampoos that I have used on her wash the dander off but she would get dandruff again as soon as she was dry. Using the Zymox Shampoo and Leave-on Conditioner, my cats dander was gone. We're five days after I have bathed her and her dandruff hasn't come back. The one big issue I have with this product is the smell. It has such a strong perfume smell. It almost smells like baby powder. You would think that something that's supposed to help a pets skin and coat would be fragrance free, but this stuff smells so much that I could smell it in my entire house. I get very bad allergies with perfumes so it was hard for me to be home until the smell was gone, which took a little over two days. Would I recommend this product? Yes and No. If your pets has a bad dandruff/skin problem and perfumes don't bother you then yes, but if you just so happen to have have really bad allergies to perfumes like me and don't want to suffer and take allergy medicines, then no. I'll probably use it again, but only if her dandruff gets really bad again.

My grey horse has a very dry, frizzy tail. Other leave-in conditioners tend to collect dirt after a few days (you can’t believe how many I have tried!). This soaks in and really leaves his tail more manageable and clean feeling...so glad I discovered it! I also use it on my dog who has allergies and is always itchy. Definitely helps with that and also helps with grooming.
