This product is formulated for wounds, cuts, hot spots and even mild skin infections, however, it is not recommended to be used for ear infections.

Can this be used long term on a cat with environmental allergies?

It is recommended to use topical spray once daily up to 7 days. If condition persists or worsens for more than 7 days, stop use and consult a veterinarian.

I have short-haired border collie who has seasonal allergies. Hot spots, dry skin, lots of scratching. This is the ONLY product I have ever used that stops all his symptoms. We do use salmon oil in his food daily, as well, but that doesn't stop symptoms on its own. It's a small bottle but you don't need much. I've re-ordered twice.
