Is the tan as light as it shows in the picture?
Will the back/underside of this seat cover stain light colored leather seats?

The colorfast fabric and non-slip backing have a working temperature up to 140°F and will not transfer color to your seats. As a precaution, consider removing the cover if it gets wet or on extremely hot days as temperatures can exceed 140°F in an enclosed car.
I have a big dog who unfortunately was able to rip the car cover I had with her nails, will this rip easily and is it waterproof?

does the cover have openings for seat belts?

The side seats have holes to allow the seat belt and latch to make contact, however, when this cover is in use the middle seat belt will not be accessible.
