Pate is not his favorite

There is nothing wrong with the food. Jax was eating this when I purchased a few cans at a store to see if he liked it. He will eat it but he seems to pick at it

None of my cats like it anymore

I dint think it's a bad product. I had a rescue cat who used to eat this, but he passed. My rescue kittens ate the rest of his, but they don't like it now. Too bad,

Stray Cats

We have two strays at one house and 4 at another house - a multi-generational family. All the strays like the 9 Lives and honestly with 1 inside cat at the house

We have two strays at one house and 4 at another house - a multi-generational family. All the strays like the 9 Lives and honestly with 1 inside cat at the house with 4 and 2 inside cats with the house of 2, this is all we can afford. But guess what! 9 Lives ingredients are as good as some of the more expensive cat food!

I get this pate for my super-senior (16 y.o.) kitty who has lost quite a few teeth. I give her 1/3 can each evening, mixed with warm water, to supplement her daily

Not working for us

My 4 cats don’t care for this brand. They take a few bits and leave the rest. I end up throwing it away. Even my stray I care for isn’t eating much either.

only wet food they will eat

I had sibling cats that lived to be 20 years old. The last few years they only ate wet food and Wilson would only eat 9 lives. So when I rescued Forrest and Fern

I had sibling cats that lived to be 20 years old. The last few years they only ate wet food and Wilson would only eat 9 lives. So when I rescued Forrest and Fern at 10 days of age, when they got to be about 2 they also wanted wet food. So I fed them what Hank and Wilson ate.... They eat dry food but twice daily they get a dollop of wet food. If Forrest doesn't get it.... let's just say there is a lot of yelling
