Extremely dusty and over scented

The litter is extremely dusty. Every time I scoop a big plume of dust floats up. The scent is also very overwhelming, I feel like I can taste it every time I scoop

The litter is extremely dusty. Every time I scoop a big plume of dust floats up. The scent is also very overwhelming, I feel like I can taste it every time I scoop. I’m very disappointed, I’ve bought litter from this brand many times and never was it dusty (especially to this extreme) and the fragrance used to be very subtle. It does clump well though. I hope this is just a bad batch, but it definitely makes me hesitant to purchase this brand again.

Damaged items. Overloaded shipment. Safety issue.

This is the first time I tried chewy and I was shocked when I received the shipment. First the entire order was in one box. Needless to say it was heavy. More importantly

This is the first time I tried chewy and I was shocked when I received the shipment. First the entire order was in one box. Needless to say it was heavy. More importantly the weight of contents within the package damage the more fragile items ordered. I’m sure this is a common complaint and customer issue. Please in the future do not compromise the quality of packages by overloading them into one shipment. Very disappointed.

AMAZING!!

We have 2 litter robot 3s & one standard for our elderly cat. We had been using Dr. Esleys for YEARS but the SMELL was HORRIBLE & the clumping was nonexistent. we needed something that would clump QUICKLY so it was able to be disposed of into the tray in the litter robot. even after deep cleaning those litter robots, it still smelled. i did some research & determined that this was around the same price point. i bought it on a hope & a prayer. I WAS NOT DISAPPOINTED. the smell control is awesome. my wife cleaned the litter boxes last night & even this afternoon, it still smells like fresh litter- not ammonia!!! the clumps have been much better than our previous litter. we have 6 fur children & they have taken to this new litter without issue! i don’t usually leave reviews- but had to for this as reviews are what led me here!

This is great at masking odor, but you need a hammer and chisel to clean out the litter box if you don't clean it every day! And forget about trying to using a plastic scoop. It will be destroyed with one scoop. I use a stainless steel one, and sometimes, feel like I should get out my rubber mallet to help break through the huge, rock hard chunks it makes.

i know this is something i can go back on and use if tidycat formula ever goes weird (i did happen to get a few bad batches from them a few times but i just rolled

i know this is something i can go back on and use if tidycat formula ever goes weird (i did happen to get a few bad batches from them a few times but i just rolled with it, mixing it with the frisco litter, kinda helps. it must be because i like the jugs with litter in it a lot more, wish more brands did that)

The ONLY brand I will use!

I have been using Scoop Away for 15 years! I tried one other name brand several years ago and had an open revolt with both cats! Nuh uh, no way were they doing

I have been using Scoop Away for 15 years! I tried one other name brand several years ago and had an open revolt with both cats! Nuh uh, no way were they doing that! So never again! Only Scoop Away for my boys! Clumps well, cleans up easily, rarely have any "cat box" odors.

Low Odor Control

I liked this litter for a long time. I don't know what changed but it just doesn't keep the odor under control even though I scoop a minimum of once a day or more

I liked this litter for a long time. I don't know what changed but it just doesn't keep the odor under control even though I scoop a minimum of once a day or more with 5 cats. I highly recommend SLIDE cat litter. Keeps the box cleaner and fights odor better.
