How many worms to feed a betta fish?

You can keep the Mealworms under refrigeration or you can keep them at room temperature with wheat bran substrate. Refrigeration between 42-50 degrees will keep them dormant and stay the perfect size for 30 to 45 days. Room temperature they can stay in wheat bran substrate feed carrots or potatoes. Switch out the substrate when needed. They will grow when kept at room temperature.

Are these suitable to feed a Jumping Spider?

These can be fed to jumping spiders. It is recommended to feed the mini or small size.

Qualify was good.
