Convenient, but lots of DoA

I realize they “send 10% extra” to cover deaths in transit, and of course some amount of dead crickets would be normal, but I feel like this was way more than 10%

I realize they “send 10% extra” to cover deaths in transit, and of course some amount of dead crickets would be normal, but I feel like this was way more than 10%. Right out of the box (brought inside and opened right away) there was at least 30-40% dead crickets. Photos show the crickets right after receiving. I’m not going to count the live crickets but it certainly wasn’t the 250 that I ordered.

Poor packaging

I order 1,000 crickets of which a good 40% of them came dead why, cause of the way they was packed. How do ya pack live crickets in a sealed mini box with no air

I order 1,000 crickets of which a good 40% of them came dead why, cause of the way they was packed. How do ya pack live crickets in a sealed mini box with no air flow? Not to mention they spent days in the box cause the delivery drive took days to find my address. Do not replace them. A nice worker already shipped out a free order since it took so long for them to find my address but instead do better. The customer service at chewy get a 10/10 packaging gets a 1/10

Half dead crickets and tiny - Will not order again

Half of the crickets were dead on arrival and many of the living crickets were tiny, much smaller than the "medium" crickets that I buy in the store

Crickets

Ordered 250 small. The goods news is they arrived alive, but there is no way there were 250 in our shipment, which was disappointing.

Horrible waste of money

Out of 60, I believe only five were alive. And if these were size medium, I would hate to see what the small look like. Complete waste of money. Don't bother.

Packaging

They were mostly dead when they arrived and the remaining ones died 2 days later. Waste of money or bad batch
