My Labrador has inflammatory bowel disease. I have observed that every spring and fall when there is a significant temperature change he goes off his food for a month plus. Adding this and some warm water to his food was how I was able to get nourishment into him this fall. Nice to have him sniff it and stay to eat rather than walk away! I will keep some on hand for the spring!

We’ve been ordering from chewy for years and have been generally quite happy. However, we made a giant order of dog food and half of the cans are significantly dented and the shipping box was in pristine condition. It makes me question the quality control.

My dog likes it but

She’s allergic to salmon, and I didn’t notice when I ordered it that there’s some salmon in the ingredients list. So, she can’t eat it.

Made my Frenchie sick

Lots of vomiting and diarrhea. It was so bad it makes me wonder if the company had a contaminated batch.

Excellent food but too expensive!

My dog loves it, but there's no way I can afford it. Also be aware that the lamb version does contain beef.

Quality

Great ingredients, my dogs love this brand. I buy the lamb, duck, beef, and poultry for variety. My dogs have great coats, and very healthy weight.

This food seemed good enough to eat as a human... at first our girl loved it, but then as we slowly added more in over the week her love began to vanish.. and in it's place came VERY loud farts for a little 34lb pup. She's never been a big farter, but this food brought them on ALL night after eating it, and now she won't even eat it :( Seems great, but sadly, not great for her

My dog took one bite and would never touch this food again. As it was extremely expensive food, I tried to doctor it up with some of her favorite treats, but she still wouldnt eat it!! The food has large pieces is moist with a minty smelling gravy; seems fresh and I like what professionals have to say about the quality of this food; but if my dog wont eat it then that point is moot. She likes the dry food, but it gives her terrible acid reflux and gas (though no loose poops). This food was so expensive, but returning 1.5 cases was daunting, so I donated the remainder to a shelter. I think this is a quality food; it just doesn't agree with my sensitive husky's system.
