Our dog has been having skin issues for almost a year. Our vet was disgusted with how he's odorous, and he's not responding to antibiotics and anti-fugal meds. He scratched himself raw daily, and he hardly had any fur left. We have tried switching to Duck and Pear, but it didn't help. Possibly because he has had duck as a protein before. As soon as we switched to Pork and Squash, he stopped scratching. Now we're waiting for his fur to grow back.
This dog kibble could cause heart problems in you dog.
Jasmin maybe going through a bit of a picky stage. She is in no rush to food dish and I have to tempt add other goodies so she will eat. Don't like having to do that.
We decided to start a new flavor but this one does not seem to sit well with my dog. She has been throwing up since starting. We will be ordering her normal flavor.
My dog has multiple allergies so it is difficult to find food she can eat. I found Arcana and she loves the Pork and Squash. I would recommend this product even if there are no allergies.
My Welsh Terrier had a very sensitive stomach or insides from the time we got her as a puppy. The vet recommended this food for her and she lived to be 15+ yrs. old. I also am feeding it to our new bernedoodle and he loves it. He is a very healthy, energetic, playful pup!
Our 7 yr old pittie really likes this flavor. It seems like she likes this one better over the Lamb & Apple. We will definitely be keeping this in the rotation!
I've been buying this brand in replacement of the prescription food for food allergies as it was more cost effective and she enjoyed. I thought it would be nice for a flavor change from the lamb and apple. I was going to try the duck and pear but the reviews made it seem like the changed the formula and their dogs didn't approve so I went with this one. She is not a fan and if I give her more than a quarter cup ( it's an add on to her fresh raw diet) she pukes. It's so expensive to just throw out.... Sucks you can't return
We've been feeding Emmylou this Acana product for several years now. It's one of the foods she eats regularly. It even smells good to me :)
My dogs loves this food. It's great quality for a good price.
